simply spiced baked pork ribs

  • ~2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 shallow tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Mix spices and rub into ribs, put in a ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Completely wrap in foil and set on baking sheet, bake for 2 hours at 275 F.
